We gladly offer exchanges for size or color issues, and returns for refund are only accepted if the item you received is damaged, defective, or has a verifiable problem caused by our company/manufacturing process.

 

2. Hassle-Free Exchange Policy (No Returns)

 

  • Eligibility: You may exchange an item within 7 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Process:

    • Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.

  • Exclusions: Items marked as final sale, customized items, or [List any specific items, e.g., perishable goods, hygiene products] are not eligible for exchange.

 

3. Return Policy (Refunds for Defective Items Only)

 

  • Eligibility: A return for a refund is only accepted under the following conditions:

    1. The item arrived damaged during shipping.

    2. The item is defective (e.g., a broken zipper, a stitching error).

    3. The item has a problem or defect directly resulting from the company or manufacturing process.

  • Time Frame: You must notify us of the damage/defect within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Process:

    • We will review the evidence and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item.

    • Once the item is received and the defect is confirmed by our inspection team, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Non-Company Issues: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the damage is determined to be caused by customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper cleaning/care.
